Rapid growing major regional community bank with 226 branches was experiencing challenges in supporting and distributing promotional products to their branch locations. The promotional material was previously stored at their branch headquarters. Branch requests were faxed and orders were picked and prepared for shipping by the bank marketing staff.
What We Provided:
Consultative, Warehousing, Promotional Marketing Tools. Our plan was to move the inventory from their supply area to the Bradley Marketing Group warehouse and create an ordering portal that will allow the requisitioner to release and drop ship to their individual branch. In addition, this process allowed for the proper documentation/reporting for individual cost centers and accurate charges.
